Lee Lim killed his brother in order to steal the magical flute in 1994. He was also trying to kill Lim Gon, his nephew as he witnesses the whole incident. Lee Gon cut the flute into half. Fortunately, he was saved by a woman with the name tag: Detective Jung Tae-Eul. However, the date is established on 11 Nov 2019. Lee Lim hold the broken flute and escaped to the bamboo forest. He entered the door and lived in the parallel world. He killed another person with the same face and DNA of himself in Republic of Korea. He then brought the dead body to Kingdom of Corea so that the forensic will consider him passed away. Prince Lee Jong-In was examining the body. He found it weird and believed that the dead body was not belong to Lee Lim since he has a strong and healthy body. However, he covered up the cause of death of Lee Lim. Lee Gon wanted to find Jung Tae-Eul. He asked Jo Young to look for the woman for several years. Lee Lim also killed his half-brother and nephew in Republic of Korea. However, he kept Song Jeong-Hye alive and stopped her from killing herself.

Lee Gon waited for the past 25 years and finally he came across with a woman with black bunny shirt who he believed that she was Jung Tae-Eul. While he was riding a horse, he saw the black bunny shirt woman passed by. He chased her until he came to the bamboo forest. There was a flute sound and also the magical door that connect to the parallel world. Lee Gon entered the door and came to Republic of Korea. Jo Young could not find him everywhere in the bamboo forest and did not believe that he disappears just like that. He informed Noh Ok-Nam about it. Noh Ok-Nam covered up the incident and told the officer that the King was studying at the study room for a few days. The Prime Minister and were suspect that the King was away from the Palace.

Lee Gon first met Detective Jung Tae-Eul in the street. She brought him to the police station for investigation. She was unable to identify his identity. She found him a crazy man who spoke about parallel world. She did not believe him. She was curious how did he knew about her even though they never met before. Lee Gon was new in Republic of Korea. Luckily, he used the diamond on his blouse to exchange for money. He got himself a hotel. He also placed his horse at Jung Tae-Eul’s house. When he used up all his valuable item to exchange for money, he has no choice but to rely on Jung Tae-Eul, Kang Shin Jae, Jo Eun-Sop to treat him with meals. He told her many things about parallel world. Jung Tae-Eul started to curious about it.

At one moment, he realized that the time has stopped for some second. He was the only one noticed about it. He brought Jung Tae-Eul to the bamboo forest to find his way back. He told her that he knew how to go back, he just wanted to stay here for a longer period. She did not believe him. One day, his back was badly hurt during raining day. He thought that it was time for him to go back since he left the palace empty for so many days. He told her that he was going to leave. He stopped by a bookstore and bought a book with poet name Kim So-Wol which was once mentioned by Jung Tae-Eul. He then brought his flute and his horse to go back to Kingdom of Corea.

Lee Gon recalled that his uncle Lee Gon has another half Manpasikjeok, which is legendary flute that holds supernatural powers. He believed that he used this flute to escape his punishment. He stayed hidden in the transition world since the time passed in the transition world was slower than in Kingdom of Corea and Republic of Korea. Lee Gon was suspicious about Lee Lim's death. He questioned his uncle who autopsied his body. 

Kang Shin Jae’s real mother was in Kingdom of Corea. She gave Lee Lim the information about the palace through a bookstore. There was a kid playing yoyo in front of the bookstore. In return, Lee Lim will give her the photo of her son in Republic of Korea.

Jung Tae-Eul's colleague told her that Lee Gon belongings were real, which included his rare species horse, watch and even dollar notes. She read books about parallel world and thought of him. she started to miss him. One day, the yoyo kid accidentally bumped her and caused her ID dropped into the drain. She re-applied a new ID. She surprised that the new ID that she received was issued on 11 Nov 2019. She started to believe him. She was investigating the cause of death of Lee Sang Dong. She found his death was suspicious. She could not resolve the issue. However, she found a handphone and handled it to her colleague to retrieve the information in the handphone. She was shocked when Lee Gon contacted her.

The Prime Minister purposely barged into the Palace. Luckily, Lee Gon came back on time. He disliked the Prime Minister although she tried to flirt him and wanted to be his Queen. Jo Young asked him where did he went all the while. He told him that he went to parallel world. However, he did not believe him. When it was raining, Lee Gon's back hurt again. He showed his back to Jo Young. He was shocked. Lee Gon took this opportunity to visit Jung Tae-Eul. He brought her to his world. She was shocked to see Jo Young who looked exactly like Jo Eun-Sup.

Kang Shin Jae was secretly in love with Jung Tae-Eul. He learnt Taekwondo from her. While he was young, he used to be bullied by a gang of students and Jung Tae-Eul helped him out. He always cared for her but she did not know that he was feeling for her. They worked as a detective in the same department. His family when bankruptcy since he was young. He likes to eat sweet thing such as ice-cream. He used to see physiatrist but then he stopped for a long time. His mother was involved in illegal gambling. He caught the gambling syndicate with the help from policemen.

Before Lee Gon and Jung Tae-Eul entered into Kingdom of Corea, they have to pass through the transition parallel universe. They saw a different phenomenon in that place. Lee Gon told her that the time passed in this phenomenon was much slower than the time passed in Republic of Korea and Kingdom of Corea.

Lee Gon brought her to his palace. Before she entered, she has to leave all her belonging to Oh Ok-Nam. Noh Ok-Nam will keep her belonging in a safe place. Jo Young and Noh Ok-Nam were shocked to see Jung Tae-Eul. They knew that she was the one the King was looking for. Lee Gon brought dinner for her. Noh Ok-Nam arranged accommodation for her. She also told her to follow the rules in the Palace. Lee Gon accompanied Jung Tae-Eul because he did not want to leave her alone in a strange environment. When Jung Tae-Eul asked Lee Gon that did he ever date before. He said that he was dating now. He kissed her to proof that he was dating. Jung Tae-Eul also borrowed Lee Gon's handphone to search the Internet. Jo Young was suspicious about her identity. Jung Tae-Eul cooperated with him and let him check her identity although she knew that he will unable to find anything about her. He interrogated the gangster who chased Luna at the street. The gangster confirmed that Luna who looked like Jung Tae-Eul, who was a thief.

Secretary Mo informed Lee Gon about his schedule for the next day. He was so packed with events. He secretly brought the Royal Guard uniform for Jung Tae-Eul the next morning.  Noh Ok-Nam found out about it. However, she gave it a go. Jung Tae-Eul followed Jo Young to attend event with the King. Later in the afternoon, the King let her changed back her cloth and allowed her to walk around the city. She borrowed some money from Jo Young. He instructed Jo Young to follow her without her acknowledgement. While Lee Gon was on a helicopter, he wondered what did she search in his handphone. He found out that she was looking on Lee Gon's history and she wanted to know more about the country. She went to several palaces in Kingdom of Corea. She found her colleagues but they did not recognize her. She also went to her house to look for her mother. When it was about time to go back, she was short of money to buy ticket. She called 17 times for Lee Gon but nobody entertained her. She almost gave up. Lee Gon was informed by the captain that someone has been calling for him. He knew that Jung Tae-Eul needed help. He went to fetch her via his helicopter. The helicopter landed in Seoul. The Prime Minister received the news and quickly went to see the King. Lee Gon and Jung Tae-Eul did not expect her to come to meet him. Jung Tae-Eul want to keep a low profile in his country. They quickly left the Palace.

Jo Young was investigating Luna (the woman who wore a black bunny shirt) who has the same face as Jung Tae-Eul. He was freaking confused and wondered who she was. Secretary Mo was surprised to see Jung Tae-Eul. Lee Gon confirmed to his Royal Secretary that she was the one he fell in love with. She was happy that the King found the pretty woman. Due to the Japanese entered their territory sea, the Prime Minister decided not to step back anymore. With the permission from the King, they decided to fight with them. Lee Gon went to the ship with the Captain. They attacked the Japanese ship as a warning for stopping them from entering their territory. The Japanese ended up heading back to their country.

The Prime Minister was jealous when Lee Gon only smile to Jung Tae-Eul but not her. She asked someone to investigate her identity. Before the King left to the war, he sent off Jung Tae-Eul back to her country. Noh Ok-Nam gave back all her belonging except for her ID name tag. She told the King that there was a thief in the Palace because Jung Tae-Eul's ID was missing in her room. Lee Gon ordered her to investigate who was the thief in the palace.

In the transition parallel universe, Jung Tae-Eul planted a seed there. Even though Lee Gon said there was no wind, air or water, but she just wanted to give it a try. Lee Gon promised her that he will come and visit her after the war ended. Jung Tae-Eul went back to Republic of Korea. She did not hear from Lee Gon for a long time. Her colleague has retrieved the handphone for her. She was curious why the handphone only record the news. She tried to search online, but found no information about the news. She then realized that this handphone was actually recorded the news in Kingdom of Corea. She was shocked to find that the murder case happened in Republic of Korea has connection with the people in Kingdom of Corea. One day, she went back from work, she was surprised to see Lee Gon standing in front of the door. When he asked her, was she missing him, she knocked her head and hugged him tightly.

Lee Gon's uncle told him about Lee Lim actual cause of death. His uncle was surprised and suspicious about the death body because the death body has the same DNA as Lee Lim. He knew that that body did not belong to Lee Lim. Lee Gon believed that his Lee Lim killed himself in Republic of Korea and brought dead body to Kingdom of Corea. Lee Lim indeed actually did that. He changed the life the people.

Lee Gon moved forward his schedule so that he can visit Jung Tae-Eul. Jo Young stopped him. he told him that Luna was a thief. Lee Gon insisted that Jung Tae-Eul was not Luna. He just found out that Luna existed in Kingdom of Corea. Lee Gon decided to bring him to Republic of Korea. Jo Young started to believe that there are 2 people with the same face in 2 different worlds. Jo Young startled when he met Jo Eun-Sup. They surprised to see one another. Jo Eun-Sup was Jung Tae-Eul's friend. He used to help Lee Gon when he first arrived in Republic of Korea. Jo Young pointed the gun toward Jo Eun-Sup when he misbehaved in front of Lee Gon. Jung Tae-Eul stopped him and set a list of rules to ensure that Jo Young did not get caught by someone else.

Jung Tae-Eul discussed the case with Lee Gon about the news. Lee Gon also presented the autopsy report of the fake Lee Lim. He believed that he was living in Republic of Korea all the while. He warned Jung Tae-Eul to be careful when handling the case. Jung Tae-Eul promised that she will investigate the case happened in 25 years ago. When she asked Lee Gon whether there was another person who looked like her in Kingdom of Corea, Lee Gon told Jung Tae-Eul that there was. Lee Gon wondered was there anyone one with the same face as him in Republic of Korea. With the help from her colleague, Jung Tae-Eul found out that the young Lee Gon was killed when he was 8 years old in Republic of Korea. She told him that all the members passed away except for his mother. She asked whether what will he do if the he met that mother. He told her that that was not his mother, because his mother passed away long time ago and that person only has the same face as his real mother.

Jung Tae-Eul confessed her feeling to Lee Gon. And Lee Gon confessed his too. She knew that it was not easy to date with a man from another world. She also did not know when will the door close. She chose to live for a moment.

Luna was in prison. She recently released from the prison. The Prime Minister visited her. She realized that Luna was not the one whom she met previously although they have faces. Luna came to the bookstore to look for the Yoyo kid. The kid gave her the key and she just left a jacket for the kid and left that place. She punished a guy who betrayed her and caused her stay in prison.

The Prime Minister also kept receiving the same newspaper sent from her house. When she asked her mother, her mother denied for sending them. She was curious about it. When she read the newspaper, she was shocked to see her face in the newspaper.

Lee Gon gave Jo Young an assignment to stay in Republic of Korea and kill Lee Lim here. When they hangout for a meal, the restaurant owner called Lee Gon the King. They realized that more people came to Republic of Korea than they thought. Their people collided between the two worlds. Lee Gon worries that they might put his kingdom in trouble. He decided to catch as many of them as possible. Jo Young captured Lee Lim’s follower, Kim Gi-Hwan and took his handphone away. They found out that Kim Gi-Hwan has 2 handphone. Lee Lim gave each of them a handphone and that handphone can only receive call from him. Lee Lim took the handphone and waited Lee Lim to contact him.

Jung Tae-Eul investigated a murder case. The victim at first was assumed to be killed by her boyfriend. Later, they found out that she was actually being killed by her roommate, Jang Yeon-Ji. Jang Yeon-Ji also surrendered herself to the police. Jung Tae-Eul discovered that she has 2 handphones as well from the victim’s boyfriend. The reason why she killed her roommate was due to her roommate overheard her conversation. Lee Lim's assistant asked her where did she keep the handphone. Jung Tae-Eul was also looking for the handphone too. Lee Lim ordered his assistant to kill Jang Yeon-Ji since he was unable to retrieve back the handphone. His assistant then followed his order to kill her in prison secretly.

Kang Shin-Jae discovered that Jung Tae-Eul looked into the file with young Lee Gon’s face. He was curious what did she investigate about. Jo Eun-Sup was holding Jo Young’s handphone. When he met him at the police station, Jo Eun-Sup lied to him that the handphone was belongs to his. Kang Shin-Jae did not believe him. He insisted Jo Eun-Sup to tell him where did Lee Gon lived.

Kang Shin-Jae sneaked into Lee Gon's room. He was attacked by Jo Young. He surprised to see Jo Young whom he thought he was Jo Eun-Sup. When Lee Gon came to his room, Kang Shin-Jae asked him about the logo as well as his origin. He asked him did his named called Lee Gon. Lee Gon thought that Jung Tae-Eul told Kang Shin-Jae about his name. However, Kang Shin-Jae expressed that did not know she knew his name. Lee Gon just discovered that Kang Shin-Jae was actually his people from Kingdom of Corea. He was brought Republic of Korea since he was young.

Kang Shin-Jae could not believe that he was actually came from Kingdom of Corea. He took a few days off. Jung Tae-Eul could not find him anywhere. She told him about the parallel world and believed everything about what Lee Gon said. Kang Shin-Jae did not want to listen to her. He visited the young Lee Gon at Columbarium. He met young Lee Gon’s mother who also pray her respect to her son.

Prime Minister Koo visited her ex-husband who owned the Ku building. Her ex-husband was rich and was in prison. She made a deal with her ex-husband to find out who sent the newspaper to her office and will release him once he has done his job. She has many evidences about her ex-husband who committed various crimes.

The handphone finally rang. Lee Gon picked up the phone and knew that Lee Lim was at Republic of Korea. He warned him that he will catch him at all cost. Lee Lim was confident that Lee Gon will face a huge chaos if the people in Kingdom of Corea found out about him being alive. Before Lee Gon left, he did ask her whether will she live with him in Kingdom of Corea. Jung Tae-Eul did not want to because she could not leave everything behind her. Jo Young told Jo Eun-Sup to protect the king at all cost. In return, he will also protect his family in Republic of Korea.

Lee Gon brought Jo Eun-Sup and Kim Gi-Hwan back to Kingdom of Corea. He also intended to caught Lee Sang-Do who worked at the palace. Due to he missed Jung Tae-Eul, he borrowed Jo Young’s personal laptop to watch her while she spent her day in Kingdom of Corea. He was startled when the Yoyo kid looked at him from the laptop. He was also surprised to find out the CCTV footage date. The date was future. Lee Gon’s sub-captain also gave the CCTV footage as requested by him regarding the events that he attended for past few months. He discovered that Lee Lim never aged.

During New Year, the time stopped again. Lee Gon knew that Lee Lim has come to Kingdom of Corea. He ordered his men to guard at the bamboo forest to wait for Lee Lim to come out. However, they did not see anyone coming out from the forest. Lee Gon realized that Lee Lim came out in another door.

After a few days, Kang Shin-Jae opened up his heart and listened to her. He also told her that he did not belong to Republic of Korea. Kang Shin-Jae, Jung Tae-Eul and Jo Young joined hands to investigate the case together. They knew that some of the people transferred between Kingdom of Corea and Republic of Korea. They cooperated with one another to catch Lee Lim. Jo Young investigated Kang Shin-Jae’s mother, Min Hwa-Yeon. He found out that his mother has the same face with one of the servants, Park Suk-Jin in the palace. He also expressed to Jung Tae-Eul about his concern on her relationship with Lee Gon.

Lee Gon came back to Republic of Corea to meet Jung Tae-Eul for a short while. Jung Tae-Eul walking around at the forest waiting for him. She was surprised to see him there. Lee Gon then rushed back to his Kingdom before the New Year. The time stopped again. Lee Gon knew that Lee Lim came back to Kingdom of Corea. He found him at the street. Lee Lim’s follower threatened to kill his people at the street. Someone even tried shoot him. Luckily, Jo Eun-Sup protected him. Lee Gon sent the casualty to the hospital for treatment. He also let Lee Lim to escape this time. There was many news regarding Lee Lim has come back alive. Lee Gon wanted to cover up the news by taking down all of them. The Royal Secretary gave the statement on behalf of the Royal family. They denied that Lee Lim has come back alive rather than admitting it.

The Prime Minister’s mother once told her that she once saw a man who left his umbrella at her place looked exactly like Lee Lim. When the news outbreak, she went to confirm with Lee Gon whether that person in the news was Lee Lim. Lee Gon did not tell her anything. The Prime Minister decided to ask her ex-husband to find the information about Lee Lim’s followers. In return, she promised that she will release him from prison. She was once asked Noh Ok-Nam what type of woman did Lee Gon like. She intended to become his Queen at all cost. Noh Ok-Nam did not tell her, because she disliked her very much.

Lee Gon met his uncle, Prince Lee Jong-In. He told him that Lee Lim was alive and he was going to catch him by himself. He also urged his uncle to take care of himself and stay at the palace at the mean time. Unfortunately, Lee Lim killed him. Lee Gon was upset that his uncle was murdered. He arranged a funeral for him.

Lee Gon came to Republic of Korea again with a flower to give it to Jung Tae-Eul. He afraid that he might not be able to stay for a long time. Jung Tae-Eul hesitated to take a step forward to him, because she knew that he came from a different future. She was upset and worried about his safety in Kingdom of Corea. She missed him so much.

Lee Gon asked the policeman to trace Luna. Lee Lim helped Luna to escape from the policeman and kidnapped her. He then made a deal with her. Luna was jealous when she looked at the photo of Jung Tae-Eul who has a lovely family. Luna was not her real name. she borrowed the name from the cat. She wanted to replace her. She changed her hairstyle and outfit in order to look like Jung Tae-Eul. Luna also has a serious illness that she could stay alive for a few months only. She has no family members. She only worked for money by dirty jobs for others. Later, Luna came to the bookstore and met the Yoyo kid. The kid wanted to hand over the knife in her jacket. Luna asked him to keep it to protect what the kid wanted and gave him the car key as well.

Jung Tae-Eul saw someone who looked like the Prime Minister Koo in Republic of Korea. She checked her identity card and followed her to the shopping mall. She felt that she was Prime Minister Koo. Before she contacted Kang Shin-Jae, she collapsed after drinking a mineral water from the fridge. By the time she woke up, she surprised to find out that she was being kidnapped. She saw the Yoyo Kid. The kid rescued her by cutting her rope. The kid told her that there was only one him and he traveled between the worlds. His duty was to inform others the danger and defeat the enemy. He gave a knife to Jung Tae-Eul to save herself. When she escaped the gangsters, she could not find the kid everywhere. She also discovered that she did not has a handphone.

She stole the car key from the gangster and drove the car away with a gun. She realized that she has been brought to Kingdom of Corea when she saw the signboard was different from Republic of Korea. Suddenly, the car engine dead. She kept running in order to save her life. She came to the public phone. She left a message to Lee Gon to inform him that she was in Kingdom of Corea and needed his rescue.

On the other hand, Lee Gon was investigating the cause of death of his uncle. He checked his daily log. He found out that his uncle went to a bookstore before. Lee Gon put the blame on Kim Gi-Hwan in order to cover up the murder case that involved Lee Lim. He beheaded him for the first time since his enthronement.

Lee Gon’s men found out that this bookstore was actually run by Lee Lim’s followers, Yoo Kyung-Moo. Lee Gon gathered his army and attacked the bookstore. Lee Gon checked the dead body to confirm his identity. He discovered that that was not the real Lee Lim’s follower, Yoo Kyung-Moo. He started to worry about Jung Tae-Eul’s safety. He asked his people to look into the CCTV footage to find Jung Tae-Eul’s whereabout. Fortunately, the policeman who investigating Luna’s case told Lee Gon was her whereabout. He then gathered his men to rescue Jung Tae-Eul who he claimed that she was the future Queen of Kingdom of Corea.

Lee Gon rescued Jung Tae-Eul. She was relieved and collapsed on the floor. Lee Gon brought her back to his chamber for treatment. He promised Jung Tae-Eul that he will open all the door in the universe to look for her. When Jung Tae-Eul awake, she requested him to bring her to see Jo Eun-Sup who was in hospital.  Lee Gon fulfilled his promise to wear a navy uniform and cooked a meal for Jung Tae-Eul. Jung Tae-Eul was embarrassed about it. After the meal, Lee Gon prepared a number of outfits for Jung Tae-Eul. Each of them consisted of a necklace in their pocket. Jung Tae-Eul saw Lee Gon’s outfit that he wore during the time when he brought the flower to her. When Lee Gon asked her which flower would her like, she told him that she disliked it. Instead, she expressed her preference for Lee Gon to wear necklace for her when she did not have wound on her face.

They went to the scene where Jung Tae-Eul was being kidnapped in order to find the evidence. They then went to the church for praying. They took a photo together for the first time. Suddenly, the time stopped again. Lee Gon cried because the time stopped has become longer and longer. He predicted that the 62th time-stop will be the end of one of their worlds. He swiped his tears and continued with the photographing session.

While they were talking to each other in Lee Gon’s chamber, Lee Gon’s back was hurt during raining day.  He showed his back to proof that he was not lying. Jung Tae-Eul was shocked to see it. Lee Gon asked whether did she suffer the same. She did not. Lee Gon was being told by his men that Lee Sang-Do suffered pain during raining day.

Noh Ok-Nam asked Jung Tae-Eul about the Korean War happened in Republic of Korea. Jung Tae-Eul was shocked and discovered that she was actually came from her world too. Noh Ok-Nam told her that during the war outbreak, her family members were killed. Lee Gon’s grandfather was the one who brought her to Kingdom of Corea to start her new life here.

Noh Ok-Nam told Lee Gon that she found the thief in the palace. It was Park Suk-Jin. She poisoned herself and Noh Ok-Nam sent her for treatment. Park Suk-Jin requested to meet Lee Gon in person. She apologized to him and asked him to forgive Kang Shin-Jae. She also admitted that Lee Lim gave her the poison to kill Lee Gon but she decided to take it herself.

Luna broke into Lee Lim’s residence and stole his money. She came to the Republic of Korea. She received Jung Tae-Eul’s handphone. She looked through the pictures in her phone. Luna came to Jung Tae-Eul’s house. Her father met her coincidently. He cooked a meal for her. Luna was touched.

Jo Young was surprised to see Prime Minister Koo in The Alley. He confirmed that she was from Kingdom of Corea. He chased her. He wanted to stop her from leaving. However, someone shot him. Prime Minister Koo managed to escape. Luckily, Jo Young was not hurt that bad.

Prime Minister Koo came back to Kingdom of Corea. When the Prime Minister Koo was told regarding the news of future Queen by her cousin, she quickly came to the palace to meet Lee Gon. Lee Gon honestly and directly told her that he loved Jung Tae-Eul. Suddenly, outside was raining with thunder, Lee Gon’s back was hurt again. He also saw the Prime Minister Koo suffered the same pain on her neck. She quickly left the palace. While she was on her way to leave the palace, she met Jung Tae-Eul. Jung Tae-Eul confirmed that she saw her in Republic of Korea. She also saw her burning scar on her neck. Lee Gon decided to check Kim Gi-Hwan’s body as well. Based on his analysis, he discovered that the people who has burning scar was due to their counterpart has been killed.

Jo Young followed Min Hwa-Yeon. Song Jeong-Hye used to work at Min Hwa-Yeon’s house as a house keeper. She invited her to have a meal together. Song Jeong-Hye was shocked when Min Hwa-Yeon told her that his son Kang Shin-Jae was cure from illness. Song Jeong-Hye knew that it was done by Lee Lim. She gave her money and left the place. Jo Young followed Song Jeong-Hye instead.

Lee Gon decided to pull the trigger to threaten Prime Minister Koo’s ex-husband, whether he wanted to protect his company or his ex-wife. Prime Minister Koo’s ex-husband decided to betray her and gave the evidence of treason to Lee Gon. Lee Gon then released the news to the public. Prime Minister Koo has been removed from her office. She realized that she has been betrayed and decided to join force with Lee Lim.

Jung Tae-Eul brought a bodyguard with her to find the door that Lee Lim used to move between the two worlds. She told Lee Gon about their investigation. Jo Eun-Sup found a voice tracking device in his room. He purposely lured Lee Lim’s follower to kill him. he caught him at once and Lee Gon brought him back to palace for investigation.

Lee Gon told Jung Tae-Eul the time-stop has become longer and longer. Lee Gon assumed that if he was able to retrieve another half of the flute from Lee Lim, perhaps there will be no time freezing. at the same time, he also afraid that his half flute might be stolen by Lee Lim. Jung Tae-Eul consoled him that don’t afraid of thing that haven’t occur. Lee Gon brought Jung Tae-Eul and Jo Eun-Sup back to Republic of Korea.

Jo Young and Kang Shin-Jae had a drink together. Yo Joung knew that Kang Shin-Jae was secretly in love with Jung Tae-Eul. He also expressed his thought that Jung Tae-Eul and Lee Gon can’t be together. He also asked Kang Shin-Jae whether did he want to know about his real mother or sibling. Kang Shin-Jae wanted to.

Jung Tae-Eul hugged her father tightly after returning from Kingdom of Corea. Her father was surprised to see her. He told her that he kept receiving messages from her. Jung Tae-Eul felt something not right. She used her father’s handphone to find hers.

Kang Shin-Jae worried about Jung Tae-Eul because she took a long holiday. After the meal with Jo Young, he saw Luna at a street. She was playing with the cat. He thought she was Jung Tae-Eul. Luna suddenly kissed him. He was shocked. Luna’s handphone rang and she ran away. Kang Shin-Jae chased her and missed her. Jung Tae-Eul suddenly appeared. Kang Shin-Jae was surprised and realized that the one who kissed him was Luna. Jung Tae-Eul tried to track her handphone, but the line has been cut by Luna. Jung Tae-Eul decided to buy a new handphone for herself.

Lee Gon came to Jung Tae-Eul’s house for breakfast. When her father asked her about dating, she admitted that she was dating with Lee Gon. Her father was shocked and wondered about his identity. Jung Tae-Eul bought a black outfit for Lee Gon so that he can stay low profile in Republic of Corea. He was happy to receive it. He tried the outfit and found it suitable for him.

Kang Shin-Jae and Jung Tae-Eul looking for Prime Minister Koo’s counterpart. They received a report that she went missing. They were suspicious about the Yang Sun Centre that handled Lee Sang-Do’s death. They believed that the management has some connection with Lee Lim, because they kept stopping them from investigating the patients. The management was shocked to see Kang Shin-Jae. Kang Shin-Jae took away her name tag and started to go through each room. Jung Tae-Eul found the corpse of Prime Minister Koo’s counterpart in that Centre too. Kang Shin-Jae also found his counterpart too, however, he did not tell Jung Tae-Eul about it.  He decided to find out who is the real Kang Shin-Jae and Kang Hyeon Min.

Luna came to see Lee Gon at the hotel. They had a beer together. Lee Gon discovered that she was not Jung Tae-Eul, because he sensed something different from her. He also realized that his outfit matched the person who rescued him 25 years ago. He discovered that he was the one who saved himself 25 years ago with that outfit. He then collapsed due to poison beer prepared by Luna. Luna’s intention was to steal the half flute. Luna failed to steal because Jo Young came back in time. Jo Young informed Jung Tae-Eul about Lee Gon condition and sent him to a clinic for treatment. Jo Young stopped Jung Tae-Eul from visiting Lee Gon because he could not tell who is the real Luna.

Jung Tae-Eul worried about her father’s safety. She asked Jo Eun-Sop to protect them. Lee Gon was awake after hearing the flute sound. He requested Jo Young to protect Jung Tae-Eul while he was away from Republic of Korea. He decided to go back to the night of treason. When the flute became one in the transition parallel world, it will bring them to the point of time to save themselves. Lee Gon and Lee Lim realized that both of them were in the transition of parallel world at the same time. Lee Lim gave a piece of advice to the 1994’s Lee Lim to kill the crown prince first. Unfortunately, he was killed by 1994’s Lee Lim. Lee Gon on the other hand, rescued the young Lee Gon during the treason night. He witnessed the people to help Lee Lim to escape (Lee Gon’s cousin) and also the people to meet him during that night (Noh Ok-Nam).

Lee Gon lost Lee Lim. He also noticed that he has to travel through 26 years in order to reach year 2020. Therefore, it was approximately he has to stay in there for 4 months. He tried to save Lee Ji Hyun in Republic of Korea during 1994. However, he was too late. He then visited the young Jung Tae-Eul. He left a memory for her that he came to visit him. Jung Tae-Eul realized that she has a new memory about her past. She was shocked that Lee Gon was now in the past. Jung Tae-Eul missed him and came to the bamboo forest. She recalled that Lee Gon once told her that he was going to use the payphone there to hear her voice. She put some money in the payphone so that he can contact her. Jung Tae-Eul suddenly has a new memory during the election day in 2016. Lee Gon was sad that Jung Tae-Eul did not recognize him. He said goodbye to her and asked her to wait for him to come back. He also requested Jung Tae-Eul tried to be nice to him when they met in the city in near future.

Jung Tae-Eul confronted with Luna. However, Luna stabbed her and left her there. Jung Tae-Eul suddenly has another new memory of meeting Lee Gon. Jung Tae-Eul told herself to be nice to Lee Gon. They also created a lot more beautiful memory together. Jung Tae-Eul then collapsed and sent to hospital for treatment.

Lee Lim contacted Kang Shin-Jae. He threatened him with his two mothers. He wanted Kang Shin-Jae to kill Lee Gon. Lee Gon gave Jo Young a new memory and asked him to request help from Kang Shin-Jae in order to find Song Jeong-Hye. Lee Gon also placed the bunny jacket with the palace access card so that Luna can steal it and follow the flow of what had happened.

Lee Lim came to see Myung Na-Ri as she can do palm reading. Jo Eun-Sop was surprised to see Lee Lim there. He tried to protect Na-Ri from Lee Lim. Lee Lim passed a message to Lee Gon to visit him during the anniversary of his mother death. When Jo Eun-Sop wanted to contact Jung Tae-Eul, Luna appeared. Kang Shin-Jae and Jung Tae-Eul caught Luna. Myung Na-Ri was shocked to see both Jung Tae-Eul and Luna.

Lee Gon finally came back to year 2020. He visited Jung Tae-Eul who was in hospital. He spent a day with her before he went back to Kingdom of Corea. Jo Young also said goodbye to Jo Eun-Sop. Both of them missed one another. Jung Tae-Eul knew that Lee Gon was planning to save the world. She told him her worries about forgetting their memory. Lee Gon has no choice but to place thing back to it right place. He planned to go back to 1994 again to kill Lee Lim and took the whole flute. Jung Tae-Eul asked Lee Gon to promise her that he will come back to her no matter what happened. Lee Gon also meet Song Jeong-Hye. He apologized for the loss of Lee Ji Hyun. Song Jeong-Hye told him not to die because of her, because she was not his real mother.

Prime Minister Koo wanted to get the flute too, because she realized that power of the flute can travel between the two worlds. She met Lee Lim and wanted to make a deal with him. Lee Lim was anger and warned not to be greedy. He asked her to arrange the anniversary mass of the late Queen for him. Prime Minister Koo made a secret code with her mother. This is to make sure that Lee Lim did not replace her mother with the one from Republic of Korea. One day, when she made a call to her mother, her mother did not say their secret code. She was shocked and upset about what Lee Lim had done to her. Lee Lim also killed her pregnant cousin too.

Lee Gon brought Jo Young and Kang Shin-Jae to Kingdom of Corea. He treated Kang Shin-Jae a meal and also allowed him to meet his real mother. Kang Shin-Jae told her that he was now abandoning her. The 1994 Lee Lim decided to follow 2020 Lee Lim’s plan. However, he never thought that Lee Gon, Jo Young and Kang Shin-Jae caught Lee Lim there. They failed to rescue Song Jeong-Hye. Song Jeong-Hye poisoned herself and Lee Lim in order to fail Lee Lim’s plan. Although, Lee Gon now has the 2 half flutes, the flute did not cry. Lee Gon also cannot open Lee Lim’s door without him. Lee Gon decided to let Kang Shin-Jae keep the flute. Kang Shin-Jae brought the 1994 Lee Lim to the police station for investigation.

Lee Gon decided to announce the next person to the throne, because he afraid that he might not come back alive for the fight. He announced his uncle’s granddaughter to be the next for the throne. However, before she managed to come to the palace, Lee Lim already create an accident for her. Lee Gon had a headache for this mess.

Before Lee Gon left to go back to the 1994 again, he said to Noh Ok-Nam to take care of herself. Jo Young also followed him because he did not want Lee Gon to fight this alone.

Jung Tae-Eul noticed that the flower gave by Lee Gon has disappeared. She knew that Lee Gon has changed his decision. She was also curious how did Kang Shin-Jae caught him. Jung Tae-Eul made up her mind to enter the parallel world. She decided to bring Lee Lim along to open the door. She also made a deal with Luna. She asked Luna to protect her father and released her. She also requested Luna to steal something for her. Kang Shin-Jae tried to stop Jung Tae-Eul from going to the parallel world, because she might get lost or being killed there. Jung Tae-Eul insisted to go there, because she did not want to left Lee Gon alone. Kang Shin-Jae was upset because he loved her but he could not stop her from leaving her world.

Kang Shin-Jae informed his mother (Republic of Korea) about her real son at the hospital. His mother was shocked and surprised to see her real son on the bed. She blamed Kang Shin-Jae for hiding the truth behind her, even though he told her the truth about what his father had done to them. Kang Shin-Jae’s mother apologized to him. To her, Kang Shin-Jae was also her son.

Jo Young insisted to go with Lee Gon to battle with Lee Lim. He did not want to leave Lee Gon alone for the fight. He followed him back to 1994 during the treason night. Jo Young protected the young Lee Gon and Lee Gon chased Lee Lim to the bamboo forest. Lee Gon killed Lee Lim and managed to get the whole flute.

Jung Tae-Eul brought Lee Lim to the transition of parallel world. She decided to shoot him there if Lee Gon failed his plan. Lee Lim warned her that her memories will be gone if Lee Gon changed the history.  She did not mind about it. She decided to put justice above love. She tried to shoot Lee Lim but could not because there was no air, wind, light in there. Not until the last moment, she shot him at his chest and he passed away. she knew that Lee Gon has succeed to get the whole flute.

Lee Gon got back to get Jo Young out from the 1994 because he has been shot a few bullets as to protect the young Lee Gon. Jung Tae-Eul suddenly found herself lying on the floor. She confirmed with the passerby whether she was in Republic of Korea as well as the date. She made a quick call to her boss. She realized that Kang Shin-Jae has disappeared.

Everything was put back in place. The yoyo kid decided to remain the memories of Jung Tae-Eul, Jo Young and Lee Gon. Jung Tae-Eul saw Lee Ji Hun by passed her. He could not recognize her because he was not Lee Gon. She was upset that Lee Gon did not came back to her after such a long time.

Lee Gon opened all the door in universe to look for Jung Tae-Eul. He met many versions of Jung Tae-Eul. He was a bit disappointed because he could not find the right person. He finally came to Republic of Korea. Na-ri informed Jung Tae-Eul that there was a horse at the yard. Jung Tae-Eul knew that Lee Gon has come to her. She was emotional and cried in tear. Lee Gon discovered that this Jung Tae-Eul was seem to know him. He confirmed that this was the right Jung Tae-Eul. They kissed and hugged each other tightly. Lee Gon brought the flower and confessed his love for her. Jung Tae-Eul realized the line was the same as previous.

Luna and Kang Hyeon-Min was in Kingdom of Corea. They worked as a detective at the police station. Luna was being taken care by Prime Minister Koo’s mother when she was young. Prime Minister Koo became a sister for Luna. Prime Minister Koo was in prison due to she stole the tax money from the people.

Even though Jo Young missed Jo Eun-Sop, he decided not to meet him because he might not remember him. Jo Young’s parent also got back together and he also had a twin sibling like Jo Eun-Sop. Lee Gon visited Jo Eun-Sop and Kang Shin-Jae. Jo Eun-Sop was now a NIS agent and he married with Na-ri. Lee Gon was happy for them. Lee Gon also appointed Secretary Mo as the Prime Minister.

Lee Gon and Jung Tae-Eul got to spend their time together every weekend. They used to travel across different universes. They entered different universe in different period of time. They accidentally entered to same period of Kingdom of Corea. They were caught by Jo Young and Noh Ok-Nam. They also found a secret romance between Jo Young and Myung Seung-A. Lee Gon and Jung Tae-Eul decided to spend the rest of their lives travelling between the two worlds until they were old.
