Oh Yun Seo is an actress who is famous for her bad acting. She faced a lawsuit regarding a scandal between her and rich man. She has been jobless ever since the scandal arising. She studied law during the first semester.  However, she dropped off from the university after that due to her busy schedule.

She took a look at the script and she loved it. She wanted the character so much. She called the scriptwriter. The scriptwriter did not want her to film due to her bad acting skill. Yun Seo begged her and eventually she gave her a chance. Yun Seo has to work in the law firm in order to get use to the character of attorney. She agreed with that condition. Her agency contacted Always lawyer to hire Yun Seo to work there for three months. 

Kwon is a famous attorney in Always law firm. Yun Seo has been assigned to him. He dislikes her. She was late on the first day. She could not do a simple photocopy and transfer calls for him. Yun Seo was upset. She really wanted to learn to do thing right. She spent a night researching the responsibility of a secretary for a lawyer firm. The next day, she came early in the morning and completed the task assigned by Kwon. She kept Kwon’s table tidy. However, she has been scolded by him. Kwon apologised to Yun Seo when he realised that someone else took the important file from his table. 

He also realised that Yun Seo was a tough woman who can handle emotion very well. It was when other colleagues in the office were gossiping about her case in the past. Yun Seo just smiled at them and pretended hearing nothing. Yun Seo can’t go out for lunch because she cannot eat alone. She always starved at office.  It was embarrassed for her during the welcoming party because Kwon did not grab her when she was about to fall down. In order to take revenge against Kwon, she decided to work really hard so that when she resigned Kwon will regret for not treating her well. Kwon was surprised to see that Yun Seo did her job well, such as photocopy and transferring calls. He then asked her to find useful cases. Kwon brought her to have a dinner at a nobody restaurant so that no one noticed about her. It was sad that her poster for advertising the drink has been put down. Kwon decided to start all over again with Yun Seo without bias.

He assigned her with many tasks. She also worked really hard as his secretary. She even bought law books to understand the law better. Kwon brought her to meet a lawyer. His intention is to distract him so that the lawyer did not tried to get any information from him. Yun Seo was angry because he was using her. Kwon treated her a luxury meal as a compensation. Yun Seo attended a trial with one of the colleagues because she really wanted to see how the real trial is going on. She was quite disappointed with trial handled by her colleague. Kwon has been assigned to handle a teenager case who steal the money from her friend by claiming that she can get the autograph of the idol. That teenage girl kept lying to the judge as well as Kwon. Yun Seo could not stand anymore. She scolded her badly for lying. Kwon warned her not to involved in their conversation as that’s will breach the trust between a client and a lawyer. Yun Seo also did an interview with her schoolmate as well as her agency. According to her schoolmate, she was always lying to them. She also found out that that teenage girl did join the audition and also training with that idol before. Yun Seo changed her perspective regarding the girl.  When the teenage girl was in the police station, she called Kwon to come over. Kwon, Yun Seo and that teenage girl had a dinner together. Yun Seo talked to her as she understood her feelings. Finally, during the trial, Kwon denied all the charges against that teenage girl. Kwon was glad that Yun Seo managed to change her mind. 

Yun Seo asked Kwon to teach her regarding law. She was bored when he taught her using the whiteboard.  She suggested him to watch a law movie as a teaching material. Se Won (Kwon’s friend who stayed with him) was funny fun of Kwon for falling in love with Yun Seo. Yun Seo was jealous when Kwon was smiling with Yeo Reum (Kwon’s friend).

There was a woman to came to the firm. She seeks for Kwon. She also asked Yun Seo to join them while she was describing what had happened to her. She has been stalked by her ex-boyfriend. Her case was similar to Yun Seo. Kim Se Won told Kwon about Yun Seo case. He then read the news regarding Yun Seo. He was empathy towards her. While Yun Seo accompanied her to her house, they were shocked to see him at her house underneath the sofa. They attacked by her ex-boyfriend. Luckily, Kwon came in on time to bring him to the police station. He was advised her not to be hurt and be happy always. The relationship between Yun Seo and Kwon has grows closer to each other. 

Yun Seo was jealous when Kwon had a lunch with Yeo Reum. She was angry with Kwon. Kwon was confused why she angry with him. He attended the gathering party and asked in front of all the colleagues. She was embarrassed to face them.  When Kwon arrived home, Se Won questioned him that for having lunch with his ex-girlfriend, because he still has feeling to her. Kwon only realised that Yun Seo has feeling on him. 

The boss assigned the case to Kwon which is the same case that Yeo Reum handled. He did not want to, but due to client request he has no other choice. Because reporters will interview Always firm, the boss worried about Yun Seo due to her special identity. Kwon therefore brought her out with him. They went to the detention centre to visit a suspect. Yun Seo was so excited about it and she prepared the lunch boxes. She wished to spend more time with Kwon alone.  Kwon interviewed the suspect, but she admitted everything that she killed her abusive husband. Kwon found something did not make sense. He and Yun Seo went to the suspect’s house to visit the scene. He has been attacked by a man (who was very close to suspect, delivery boy). He thought that there was a thief in the house. Kwon asked him about the suspect. He told him that the suspect told him not to tell anyone. Kwon knew that suspect was not the murder due to her health’s condition. He asked Mr Lee and Yun Seo to persuade him to attend the court. He revealed that he was the one who killed her husband. Even though Kwon won the case, he felt uneasy because Yeo Reum lose the case and also felt sad about the man and the suspect. Yun Seo consoled him.

Yun Seo drunk and called Kwon for not asking her out since he said that she was special to him. She confessed her feelings towards Kwon. Kwon was shocked but he was bad at dating. He consulted his friend Se Won for advice. He asked to meet her the next day. Yun Seo was embarrassed to face him. She therefore did not want to go to work. The boss was curious and asked Kwon about it. Kwon was surprised too. He searched online about what are the things that Yun Seo like. She likes to eat chicken feet and also handwritten love letter. Kwon went to the chicken feet shop and coincidently, Yun Seo was there. He chased her. He gave her a card to invite her out. They treated it as the first day for hang out as a couple.  However, they delayed it because they did not have the chance to date due to busy schedule. The next day, the boss transferred Yun Seo to another colleague. She did not want it because she wanted to stay with Kwon. However, Kwon agreed with the transfer because he want her to expose to various case.

Yun Seo was upset about it. Her ex-colleague came to the firm. She tried to avoid her because she did not want anyone know about it. Unfortunately, she failed. However, she lied to her that she came there as client. Yun Seo complaint to Kwon about this colleague. She felt that she was consulting a lawyer instead of complaining to her boyfriend. She was really upset and she did not want to call it the first day as couple. Kwon started to reflect himself why she looked so upset. He came to her house and asked her out for a date. He brought her to the astronaut centre to see the star. When she asked him whether he likes her? He hugged her and said he loved her. 

Yun Seo talked to the boss that she was happy to work with Kwon and she did not wish to change department. She thought that they can have a date together. She booked a restaurant. However, Kwon has something coming up. He was meeting Yeo Reum since they are friends. She therefore went to the restaurant with her colleague. While they are chit chatting, Yun Seo found out that Yeo Reum was Kwon's first love. But she dated with Se Won instead of Kwon. Yun Seo was jealous. She went to his house to meet him. Se Won saw them having a fight. He invited her to their house. He told her not to worry about anything. There is nothing between them.  They are having a good day to get to know each other. His friend advised Kwon to be nice to Yun Seo because she has many fans that will treat her well. The company came 2 interns. They are amused to see Yun Seo there. The company was planning a company trip. The guys are treating Yun Seo very good. Kwon was trying to be good to her, but he did not had a chance to do so. The boss misplaced Yun Seo's mirror. Kwon went out to look for it. He found the mirror and handed over to Yun Seo. She kissed him.

Yun Seo only has one month left for her internship. She wanted to tell Kwon the truth but she hesitated because she had promised the writer to keep it secret. When Kwon asked her about her future plan after leaving the company, she didn’t know what to say to him. Ms Yang (colleague)’s daughter was framed as a bully at school. At first she believed her daughter that she would not did it. Later, Ms Yang saw her daughter pushed her friend. She started to doubt whether her daughter was the bully. After Yun Seo and another colleague talked to her daughter, they found out that she was trying to protect the assailant. Eventually, Ms Yang’s daughter was not the assailant. It was a great relieved for her. Lee Kang Joon came back to Korea. He was the chaebol that having a scandal with Yun Seo. He sent flowers to her agency and even spied her movement.

Yun Seo’s manager asked her whether are there anyone followed her movement. She was surprised to hear that as it been ages for paparazzi following her. She mistaken that Kwon’s father was her fan who followed her to her office. She was embarrassed that she gave a bad impression to his father. Kwon’s father wanted to tell him about his case so that Kwon can help him. Before he could tell him, they always had argument whenever they met. His father then left his office. Yun Seo told Kwon that his father has something to tell him. He was later received a call from his mother regarding his father’s matter. His father was a whistle-blower who revealed the director’s wrongdoing.

Kwon thought that his dad was a tough person who will not nervous when he faced problem. Yun Seo cancelled all his meeting and asked him to accompany his father and she also gave the sedative for him just in case. Kwon noticed that what she said was true. He was proud of her. After the court session ended, he invited Yun Seo and his father for a meal. Kwon praised Yun Seo in front of his father and even revealed their relationship to his father on the spot. His father and Yun Seo were shocked to hear that. Luckily, Kwon’s father accepted their relationship. When Kwon and Yun Seo were on the way to go home, they have been followed by a car. It was Lee Kang Joon.

Kwon accompanied her for the night. He thought she might be scared to stay alone there. Yun Seo made a breakfast for him. Kwon from time to time fetches her to work and fetches her home in order to ensure her safety. Kwon invited Yun Seo for a date. He brought her to the amusement park. He was afraid of riding those challenging game. He tried to make her happy by buying the food and put up fireworks. However, he failed all of them. He was ashamed but Yun Seo consoled him that she was happy that he was there to accompany her.

One day, while they are on the way to work Kwon realised that someone has tailing them to work. He parked the car and asked Yun Seo to go upstairs first. He then approached the car. The person kept taking photos of Yun Seo. Kwon took away the camera. Yun Seo came by and took away the SD Card. She also warned Kang Joon that she was not afraid of him. 

Yun Seo and her CEO agency were surprised to know that Kang Joon was the investor for the drama that she was going to film. She did not want to associated with him. Therefore, she turned down the offer. She was upset that Kang Joon always appeared in front of her. She decided to have a break from work. Her colleagues were worried about her as they thought that she was sick. She came to the firm to look for Kwon. She decided to file a lawsuit against Kang Joon.

Kang Joon came to Yun Seo's house. She was shocked to see him in the house. Kwon while on the way back, he saw Kang Joon's driver. He felt something a missed. He quickly returned to her house to have a look. He managed to punch Kang Joon when he was trying to pressure her. Kang Joon was arrested for stalking, embezzlement of fund and etc. Yun Seo and Kwon were relieved about it. Since her name was cleared, many of her fans urging for her come back. She was received many offers for the job. 

She only left a week to work at the firm. She wants to make the most memories with her colleagues and Kwon. She was about it tell Kwon about her acting career. The reporters came to the firm and interviewed the boss. Kwon was there too. Her colleagues and Kwon was shocked to learn that she was coming back on the screen. Kwon felt happy for Yun Seo and he congratulated her. Their relationship has surprised Yun Seo’s manager. He worried that it may affect her career as an actress. He talked to Kwon about it. Kwon also wants to make her happy and did not want to trouble her. He therefore decided to break up with her at the farewell day. Yun Seo was sad and cried. Kwon was sad too. He told Se Won and Yeo Reum that they have broken up when he met them at the restaurant. Se Won drank with him in order to accompany him.

He just did not show his sadness on the face. After she left the company, Kwon immersed himself working madly on his work. Yun Seo on the other hand, focused on her acting career. Her acting skill has been improved. Her manager was happy about it. She could not forget Kwon. She was asking her ex-colleague about his condition. They told her that he was not in good condition. Kwon faced a difficult situation when the mother of the suspect looked for him. She told him to rescue her son because her son only stab the man once and he did not deserve to be imprisoned. She also told him that the woman whom her son rescued disappeared right after she was released from the bail. Kwon found something fishy about it. He told his boss that he wanted to take the case in order to make thing right. His boss was against it. It is because it will harm his reputation as well as the company. Kwon has breached the ethical code of conduct as an attorney. Kwon did not care about it. He appealed to the court to be the attorney of the suspect. He handed in the resignation letter to the boss. They had a huge argument over this matter.  They finally resolved their issue when Se Won helped them to talk out their concerns. 

The boss finally agreed to support Kwon’s decision. He asked all the employees to help him find the evident. They found out that the woman took the insurance payout with an unidentified man. Kwon and his colleague looked for the cctv footage in order to find his identity. Finally, they managed to get the fingerprint of the man with the help of Yeo Reum. Ye Reum issued warrant in order to catch both woman and man. The man happened to be the woman’s ex-husband who supposed died from fire incident. They even found out that the body that has been swapped during the fire incident was belonging to the woman’s father. The case has been resolved.

The manager could not stand that Yun Seo was worried about Kwon condition. He told her the reason why Kwon broken up with her. Yun Seo was happy that he still loved her. She invited him for a meal, she prepared lunch box for him. Kwon was surprised about her action as they are not couples anymore. She told him that she knew everything why he broken up with her. He said he love her and kissed on the street.

Kwon agreed to start a fresh relationship with her. They dated secretly. They are only able to date at Yun Seo’s home because they wanted to avoid the attraction from the public regarding their relationship. Yun Seo‘s agency wanted to hire an advisor counsel as she was going to accept more jobs in oversea. Kwon volunteered to take part on this despite of his busy working hours at the office.  He wanted to spend more time with her. Yun Seo and her manager were shocked to know that. She was happy that they are able to meet each other more frequently. During the shooting, Kwon was jealous when the male lead tried to kiss Yun Seo. Her manager dragged him off the scene and talked to him to accept the fate for being a boyfriend of an actor. He was upset at the moment. Her manager told her that Kwon was jealous just now. Yun Seo came to the dinner party. She told her ex-colleagues that they are in relationship. Everyone was shocked about the news.

Yeo Reum and Se Won were worried about Kwon. They arranged a blind date for him. Kwon did not know about it. He even invited Yun Seo to come over for a dinner. Yun Seo told the woman that he was hers and dragged Kwon out of the restaurant. She did not angry about him because she trusted him. Her manager suddenly told her that their schedule has been shift earlier and they required to fly by tomorrow. Yun Seo told Kwon about it. They wanted to spend more time together before Yun Seo went oversea for shooting. They barely managed to spend time together because Kwon suddenly need to handle client case. Yun Seo took time off and became his one-day secretary. She helped him to find the cases. At night, Yun Seo’s manager suddenly contacted to inform her that she has a live interview at night. Kwon purposely grabbed the opportunity to answer the question as her fans in order to be able to talk to her in live stream. While they were in long distance relationship, they contacted one another frequently via phone.

Just before Yun Seo came back, she was overwhelmed with the scandal that is related to the male lead. She told Kwon to trust her instead of the news. When she came back, Kwon gave her a surprise party at her home. They are happy to meet each other. Yun Seo wanted to bring Kwon to attend the 10^th anniversary event held by her agency. She wanted to introduce him as her boyfriend during the event. It was such a sweet ending.
