This is a very nice drama which won a numbers of rewards not only for the best drama awards but also for the actors.
I was so impress by their acting and the storyline. A soldier who named Yoo Shi Jin, a captain from a special force unit, whose act as a peacekeeper to protect the nation from danger. A doctor, named Kang Mo Yeon who responsible to save the life of the people regardless of nationality, belief and religion. Both of them played their role really well in saving the lives of the people during an earthquake incident happened in Urk. The medical team as well as the soldiers cooperate well to do their best in saving people.
On the other hand, the scarification of the soldiers during critical situation is always unappreciated by others. As we know that, soldiers risk their lives to protect and keep peace of the nation. They even have to scarify their time spend with their love ones. This drama also demonstrated how soldiers struggles between personal life and career. They have to obey the orders from their commanders even though they are unwilling to follow in certain situation.
The best part of this drama no doubt is the love scene between Yoo Shi Jin and Kang Mo Yeon. As a woman, it is hard to begin a relationship with someone you love who always stay mysterious and sudden away due to job commitment. The actor and actress played the role really well in delivery that kind of sensation and uncertainty to begin a relationship. And of course, the kissing scene is undeniable and unforgettable heart-touching which melts most of the women's hearts.
The overall drama was fantastic and excellence. The directors, actors and production team did a really good job to produce such an amazing drama. I would like to watch it again and again. I am looking forward for the Descendant of the Sun 2 which is believed to be released in 2018.
