Han Jeong-U has a son named Han Geu-Ru. Since he was young, his mother already passed away due to cancer. Han Geu-Ru was adopted since he was born. He has a Asperger syndrome. Han Jeong-U runs a business "Move to Heaven" with his son. Their job is to remove the stuffs left by the deceased. One day, Han Jeong-U suddenly passed away due to illness. Han Geu-Ru cannot accept that his father passed away. He kept his father's ashes at his house.

Han Geu-Ru has a best buddy named Yoon Na-Mu. She is a girl lived next door. Han Geu-Ru used to go to her workplace to watch the fishes. Yoon Na-Mu worried for him for staying alone in the house. She stopped by at his house more often to check on him. One day, Lawyer Oh Hyun-Chang came to see Han Geu-Ru. Cho Sang-Gu sudden appeared at his house which surprised Yoon Na-Mu. Lawyer Oh Hyun-Chang explained that Han Jeong-U assigned Cho Sang-Gu as Han Geu-Ru's guardian before he passed away. Lawyer Oh Hyun-Chang explained to Cho Sang-Gu that he will be his guardian only for 3 months. Yoon Na-Mu will monitor him of he is fit for being his guardian.

Cho Sang-Gu who was just released from the prison. He was pissed off when the Lawyer Oh Hyun-Chang asked him take care of Han Geu-Ru. He did not know thy his brother Han Jeong-U has a son. Cho Sang-Gu and Han Jeong-U are brothers who has the same mother but different father. They were apart for 20 years. Cho Sang-Gu was disappointed and angry towards his brother for not fulfilling his promise to bring him away from orphanage home and also celebrating his birthday. On that day, Han 

Jeong-U was unfortunate that he was being trapped in the collapsed building. He was injured. Cho Sang-Gu later found out the truth when he followed Han Geu-Ru the whole day. He also found the gifts that his brother left for him.

Cho Sang-Gu helped Han Geu-Ru to run the business. Initially, he dislike to work with him. After handling a few requests, he realised that helping the deceased to fulfill their last hope and bring significant meaning towards their profession. He changed his prejudice towards his job. He finds that working as a trauma cleaner was a meaningful job. He also started to care and protect for Han Geu-Ru. He also felt greatful that he was one of the lucky person who has a happy and better life compared to the deceased.

Han Geu-Ru worried about his uncle Cho Sang-Gu when he went missing for a few days. He posted posters to look for him. He also rescued his uncle from the illegal gambling activity. He did not want his uncle to passed away as well. Cho Sang-Gu was touched by his gesture. Cho Sang-Gu found out that Han Geu-Ru was adopted by his brother. He wanted to find out more about Han Geu-Ru's background. When Han Geu-Ru went missing, Cho Sang-Gu tried to looked for Han Jeong-U's ex-colleagues find him. Based on what the ex-colleagues explained, Han Geu-Ru was left behind at the underground as soon as he was born. Han Jeong-U rescued him and adopted him since then.

3 months already passed, Lawyer Oh Hyun-Chang evaluated that Cho Sang-Gu is not suitable to be Han Geu-Ru's guardian. However, Han Geu-Ru wanted him to be guardian. Cho Sang-Gu was happy about it.

Lee Suk-Kyu is an agent of the NIS (National Intelligence Service). While he studied at the police university back in 1991, he was selected by the NIS. He then worked on a top secret case. His first mission is to build relationships with Kim Tae-Yeol and his friends and also revealed their movements. Since he worked as a spy, NIS provided him a fake identity with the name Han Jung-Hyun. He first met Choi Yeon-Soo at Hanguk University. He quickly gained her trust. Using his alias, he fell in love with her and they eventually married. Lee Suk-Kyu resigned after he completed his mission. He kept his identity secret without telling his wife.

Meanwhile, Choi Yeon-Soo works as a civil-rights lawyer who seeks justice and the truth. She is nominated for the Chief of the Civil Servant Corruption Investigation Unit. One day, Do Young-Gul came to see Lee Suk-Kyu and asked him to stop his wife for becoming the Chief CIO. Lee Suk-Kyu did not stop her. In fact, he encouraged her to be one. He also monitored Do Young-Gul's movement when Do Young-Gul worked in CIO with his wife.

In the end, Choi Yeon-Soo found out that Han Jung-Hyun was a fake identity. She confronted with her husband. Han Jung-Hyun confessed his real identity and also what he did in the past. At first, she was really angry towards him for lying her for the past 20 years. After talking to Lee Suk-Kyu's ex-colleague, she changed her mind. Lee Suk-Kyu handled his findings to Choi Yeon-Soo to investigate Im Hyung-Rak who was the mastermind who killed innocent men for his own benefit.

With the help of Oh Pil-Jae, Lee Suk-Kyu managed to steal the main evidence of corruption of Im Hyung-Rak. He also appeared as a witnessed in the court to reveal the truth. Im Hyung-Rak was sentenced to life prison. Lee Suk-Kyu also accepted his punishment for his fake identity.

1 year later, Lee Suk-Kyu released from prison. His children also change their surname to Lee. Choi Yeon-Soo forgiven him. He was glad that everything back to normal. She also resigned from her position as a Chief CIO. She continued to work as a lawyer to defend the wronged and the weak.

Han Seo-Joon and Daniel Lee are good friends in United State. Daniel Lee's sister, Jennifer was Han Seo-Joon ex-girlfriend. She passed away and Han Seo-Joon remarried another woman, Sung Ji-Eun. Han Seo-Joon is a neurosurgeon whereas Daniel Lee is an expert in genetics issue. 

Daniel Lee came to Korea to present his research on tracing the DNA of psychopath murderer to the politician. Assembly Chairman Shin Sung-Min did not passed the bill for abolition of psychopath featus before they born. His wife was also pregnant with a child and he worried that his children might be tested positive for psychopath genres. Daniel Lee then came to see Han Seo-Joon. He saw Sung Ji-Eun pregnant. He told him about his research study. Han Seo-Joon was jeoulous when he saw Daniel Lee was so succssful.

Over the years, Han Seo-Joon did his research on brain transplant. He used the mice lab to carry out his research. He found that result was not sufficient. He then started to murder human. Han Seo-Joon kidnapped Kim Hyun-Seo and Song Soo-Jung at his secret laboratory. Song Soo-Jung tried her best to rescue Kim Hyun-Seo, however she was being killed by Han Seo-Joon.

Han Seo-Joon also killed Go Mu-Chi 's parents and hurted his older brother, Go Mu-Won. Go Mu-Chi hided inside the car compartment without noticed by Han Seo-Joon. When the police asked Go Mu-Chi about the murderer' s look, Go Mu-Chi pointed out the man who killed his parents was Han Seo-Joon. Policemen came to search in his house. However, they could not find any evidence. Go Mu-Chi also secretly followed the police car. He then used his knife to attack Han Seo-Joon. He accidentally pushed the snowman head and found his mother head hidden in there. All the policeman witnessed that. Han Seo-Joon was then being arrested and locked up for the rest of his life. Han Seo-Joon also confessed to Daniel Lee that he killed his sister, Jennifer because she did not want to carry his child. 

Sung Ji-Eun was terrified to learn that her husband was a psychopath murderer. She then did a genetic test on her feutus. She found out that that feutus carried the psychopath genres. Sung Ji-Eun worried that her child might grew up became like his father. She wanted to abort the featus but she was unable to do It. There was another pregnant woman, a nurse, who also tested positive for psychopath genres. However, she believed that the child will not grow up as a murderer.

When Sung Ji-Eun was being attacked by someone, Song Soo-Ho rescued her. He hoped that she can give birth to her child safely. Song Soo-Ho who worked with OZ organisation, was assigned to monitor the action and movement of Sung Yo-Han and Jung Jae-Hoon. Choi Young-Shin, a politician who gave this order so that she can create a zero victim society. 

One day, another psychopath child pushed his mother out from the window. Both pregnant women witnessed that. They started to worry about their child as well. Sung Ji-Eun and the nurse decided to switch the baby because they could not bear to kill their own child with their hand. If the child happens to murder someone, they will kill the child. Sung Ji-Eun told Han Seo-Joon that his child death. He was really upset about it.

When Go Mu-Chi was a teenager, he looked for Sung Ji-Eun. He demanded money from her to pay for his brother surgery. Sung Ji-Eun felt guilty towards him. She therefore transfered 3,000 won to his bank account every month without failed. Go Mu-Chi also noticed that she had a son of Han Seo-Joon. 

Sung Yo-Han was raised by Sung Ji-Eun whereas Jung Jae Hoon. Jung Jae-Hoon killed the animals which terrified his teachers and friends. When Jung Jae-Hoon was injured, Sung Yo-Han treated his wound. Jung Jae-Hoon wished that he can be like him with a kind heart. He visited the church and wished the almighty not to turn him into a monster. Jung Jae-Hoon poisoned his father's gold fish and also killed his father beloved dog. He was jealous because he felt lack of love. He tried to bury his brother, however, he has been stopped by Sung Ji-Eun.

When Jung Jae-Hoon's mother tried to kill him, in order to save Jung Jae-Hoon, Song Soo-Ho accidentally killed his family members except his sister, Jung Jae-Hee. He felt guilty towards the accident. He brought Jung Jae-Hee to an orphanage and visited her once in a while. Jung Jae-Hoon gained his consciousness and realised that all his family member passed away. Everyone accused him for killing his own family. Later, he then stayed with his aunty and changed his name to Jung Ba-Reum.

Jung Ba-Reum grew up as a rookie policeman whereas Sung Yo-Han grew up as a neurosurgeon. Since Sung Yo-Han was young, he has been framed as a murderer's son. Therefore, he did not have many friends around him. Jung Ba-Reum who acted as a kind and helpful policeman was being loved by the neighbourhood. He then started his first killing by killing Song Soo-Ho. He wanted to take revenge him. Song Soo-Ho was then burnt alive. After all, he committed several murder cases which are associated with fairytale stories. 

Go Mu-Chi became a detective who wished to catch all the psychopath murderer. He did his study on psychopath psychology. He believed that all the murderer case was being done by Han Seo-Joon'son. He tried hard to find his son. Then, he realised that Sung Yo-Han was his son. Sung Yo-Han although he has psychopath genres, he was the rarest one. He was extremely genius and he did not commit any murder case before. One day, Daniel Lee contacted him and told him about the psychopath genre. Sung Yo-Han did his research and found out that he was not Sung Ji-Eun's son. He did his best to find the person who has psychopath genres and it turned out that Jung Ba-Reum was her son.

Sung Yo-Han tried to stop Jung Ba-Reum from killing. He hit Jung Ba-Reum's head with a hammer. Unfortunately, Go Mu-Chi shot him. Before Sung Yo-Han passed out, he told Jung Ba-Reum something. The doctor said Jung Ba-Reum was unlikely to survive since his head was badly damaged. Sung Yo-Han on the other hand, has a higher chance of surviving. Oh Bong-Yi thought that was unfair for Sung Yo-Han to survive since he was the murder of her grandmother. She tried to kill him at the hospital.

Choi Young-Shin stepped in. She asked Han Seo-Joon to perform brain transplant secretly at the hospital. She wanted him to rescue Jung Ba-Reum. Han Seo-Joon agreed to do the brain transplant. He transferred part of Sung Yo-Han's brain into Jung Ba-Reum. Jung Ba-Reum survived and Sung Yo-Han passed away. Everyone thought that the murder case ended here. Choi Hong-Jo was pregnant with Sung Yo-Han's son. Initially, she wanted to abort, but she later change her mind. All the people discriminate her and her baby. 

Jung Ba-Reum regained his consciousness. His lost his memory. He kept seeing Sung Yo-Han's memory. He scared that he might became Sung Yo-Han. He seek help from doctor, but the doctors only gave him prescription. Everyone see Jung Ba-Reum was different. He seem to be able to read the murderer's mind. He also find himself trying to kill someone he loves. Not until he met Daniel Lee who told him about his side effect of brain transplant. Daniel Lee asked him to do good deed for the society such as killing other psychopath since he cannot stopped himself for not killing. Jung Ba-Reum agreed to do what he asked for. 

Jung Ba-Reum's memory kept coming back. He realised that he was the actual murderer. He also remembered what Sung Yo-Han told him. He said they are lab mice. Based on Daniel Lee explanation, normal psychopath did not have any feeling for people. Because Sung Yo-Han's brain control over his emotion, Jung Ba-Reum now can feel the pain and love from people. He felt guilty towards his past action. Daniel Lee also mentioned that Han Seo-Joon's surgery failed and he will die pretty soon. Jung Ba-Reum decided to end everything before he turn himself to the police. He met Choi Young-Shin at her resident. Choi Young-Shin knew that Jung Ba-Reum was a predator but she still allowed him to murder people until the presidency event was over. Due to her greed, she made so many families suffered. Jung Ba-Reum did not kill Choi Young-Shin, he just tide her up.

Go Mu-Chi realised that he was wronged towards Sung Yo-Han. He tried to kill Jung Ba-Reum. Jung Ba-Reum admitted that he was the real murderer. He decided to turn himself in. Based on the court decision, he was sentence to dead. He sent to the same prison as Han Seo-Joon. With the help of Koo Dong-Koo, Jung Ba-Reum killed Han Seo-Joon at the cell. Before he passed away, Oh Bong-Yi and Go Mu-Chi visited him at the prison. They was unable to forgive him although he asked for forgiveness. Choi Young-Shin also sent to prison.
