There is a country where all the mages live named the country of Daeho. Jang Gang was trying his forbiting spell where he switched the soul between bodies. Due to the soul did not suit the body, they became an evil creature. Jang Gang failed his experiment for the 8^th times. One day, the King met him up and suggested him to switch their soul. The King was weak and sick. He made a sound deal with him. After they switched the body, the King left a note for him. He was going after his wife Do-Hwa and if she bore a child, the child will be his. Jang Gang felt being betrayed by the King.

20 years later, Jang Uk was born and grown up as a man. Jang Gang has sealed Jang Uk’s gate of energy. He ordered all others not to open his son’s gate of energy. For the past 20 years, he was unable to learn any spell just like his other friends. He decided to leave his current master and find his own master to teach him spell. Everyone in Daeho talked about his birth whether his mother was having a child with another man. Jang Uk could not do anything, but endure it for the past years.

Jang Uk , Seo Yul, Park Dang-Gu and Jin Cho-Yeon are the heirs of mages. They are called the four seasons. Jang Uk and Jin Cho-Yeon was engaged for wedding. However. Jang Uk called off the engagement. Jin Cho-Yeon still have feeling for him. She could not understand why he disliked her.

Naksu was trained as an assassin. She is an elite warrior. She fought against Park Jin and got hurt. Park Jin was chasing her. In order to survive, she performed body switch, but her soul trapped in a physically weak body, Mu-Deok. Jang Uk happened to meet Mu-Deok at Chwiseonru Courtesan House. Jang Uk discovered that Mu-Deok has special eyes.  He brought her in as his servant.

Naksu has an ex-lover, Seo Yul comes from the noble Seo family. Seo Yul was unable to recognise her since she has switched body. Naksu tried to get her sword back in Daeho. She took Jang Uk’s Spiritual plaque to enter Daeho. She witnessed some other assassins burnt the building of Songrim. She was also nearly being caught by Seo Yul. Fortunately, Jang Uk hid her in an empty house. He looked into her eyes. He knew that she was a soul shifter. He asked her to be his master.

Park Jin suspected that there was an intruder came to Songrim. He banned everyone from leaving Songrim. He asked Jin Cho-Yeon’s help to find the soul shifter. Jang Uk let Mu-Deok hid behind him so that he can protect her from being detected as soul shifter. Gwigu managed to find another soul shifter among them. As they killed the soul shifter, the soul shifter died and became stone. Naksu witnessed that and she afraid of it. Gwigu sensed that Mu-Deok was a soul shifter. When Gwigu attacked her, Jang Uk purposely broke the relic of Gwigu. Mu-Deok was safe.

In order to express her gratitude, Naksu decided to help him open his gate of energy. Since she was in a weak body. She cannot help him to open his gate of energy. She gave him poison so that his master can open his gate of energy in order to save his life. Naksu also risked her life for saying that she poisoned him. Park Jin tortured her so that she can tell him what type of poison did he consume. Master Heo opened up Jang Uk’s gate of energy and also gave him his torrent of energy in order to speed up his recovery. Jang Uk gained his conscious and looked for Naksu. He also treated her wound. Naksu and Jang Uk made a deal with one another. She will teach him how to cast a spell. After he has become the strongest mages and she gain back her power, both of them will no longer be master-pupil.

Naksu went to her hometown. She found out that her hometown has been destroyed. She left a message to her master and also put a firework as a signal. Before, she managed to see her master, Gil-Ju accidentally took the wrong person as Naksu and killed her. Naksu knew that she has been abandoned by her master. She also found out that who was her real master. She did not give up to gain her power back.

Jang Uk heard from Naksu that she needed her sword in order to gain her power. Since Jin Mu stole the body of Naksu and her sword, Jang Uk claimed her sword from him. In order the hid the fact that he was involved in alchemy of souls, Jin Mu burnt her body in public. At the same time, Naksu found out that Jin Mu was her master.

Naksu secretly taught Jang Uk how to use his spell. However, Jang Uk was way too weak and he could not fight at all. Naksu heard from Master Heo’s subordinate that he has transferred some of his energy to Jang Uk. In order to claim the energy as his, Jang Uk followed Naksu’s instruction to endure the hot and cold of his body. Naksu also taken care of him when he was extremely cold.

Jang Uk’s mother passed away right after she gave birth to Jang Uk. His father also left him since he was a child. He closed his gate of energy so that he can stay quiet and kept his true identity. Park Jin has a crush on Jang Uk’s mother. He has been taken care of Jang Uk since he was young. He is like a father to Jang Uk. Jang Gang told Park Jin about his son’s identity and wanted him to keep it as a secret.

One day, Go Won is the Crown Prince of Daeho, came to visit Jang Uk. He wanted to claim Naksu’s sword and also Jang Uk’s father’s sword too. Jang Uk refused to give in. Go Won offered to fight with one other. If Go Won wins the challenge, he will take Jang Uk’s sword. While they were fighting with one another, Jang Uk’s friends came to visit him at his house. They were shocked when Jang Uk able to unleash the sword and fought with Go Won. Everyone witnessed it. However, Jang Uk was unable to control his power. In order to stop the fight, Mu-Deok poured a pot of dirty water towards the Crown Prince. They seek for forgiveness and the problem has been settled.

Jang Uk wanted to show Park Jin that he was able to unleash the sword, so that Park Jin can accept him to join Songrim. Park Jin locked him up as he challenged the Crown Prince. He also persuaded him to learn trading or traditional medicine from other master. Jang Uk did not want to. He wanted to become just like his father, to be the Gwanju. Park Jin did not want to break Jang Gang’s promise. He persuaded Jang Uk to give up. Mu-Deok visited Jang Uk at the secret room. She tried to encourage and motivate him to train his spell. However, Jang Uk seem demotivated and wanted to give up. Mu-Deok talked to Master Heo in order to let Jang Uk out from the secret room. Master Heo met with Jin Mu and made a deal with him. They agreed to held a competition between Crown Prince and Jang Uk.

As the meeting went on between Park Jin and Jin Mu, Mu-Deok took this opportunity to release Jang Uk from lockup with the help of Seo Yul and Park Dang-Gu. Mu-Deok brought him to her hometown for training. The King announced that if Jang Uk failed to show up during the competition, Jin Mu will take over Jang Gang’s position.

Mu-Deok was surprised when she saw her hometown has been renovated and beautified. Master Lee Cheol was trying to catch soul shifter. He shifted Gwigu soul into a dead dog. When Gwigu detected Mu-Deok, he tried to kill her. However, Jang Uk stopped him. Both of them had a fight. Master Lee Cheol then realised that there is a good soul inside Mu-Deok. He wanted to keep monitor her. Mu-Deok saw Master Lee Cheol has a very powerful power. She wanted Jang Uk to learn from him. However, Jang Uk did not want to. He preferred to spend his time cooking and catching fishes. Mu-Deok angry towards Jang Uk for wasting his time. She went to the city to spread the news about Jang Uk being able to master the highest level of power.

Gil-Ju suspected Mu-Deok was Naksu. He tried to catch her. Fortunately, the Crown Prince was there. Mu-Deok asked the Crown Prince for help. The Crown Prince purposely teased her and made her drunk. Jang Uk came to pick her up. Master Lee Cheol went to the riverside and took away a corpse. He sent the corpse to Songrim.

Seo Yul and Park Dang-Gu missed Jang Uk. They came to visit him at Naksu’s hometown. Jang Uk was jealous when Mu-Deok taught Seo Yul how to cook and treated him like her pupil. Jang Uk felt challenged when his friends asked him to stay hidden and not to do anything. He decided to pick up his training. Mu-Deok trained him to use tansu. However, due to overly trained Jang Uk’s hand was going to burst. Luckily, Master Lee Cheol mentioned about it. Master Lee Cheol found out the relationship between Jang Uk and Mu-Deok. He also knew that Mu-Deok was Naksu.

After they returned to Songrim, Seo Yul discovered that Naksu was the one he met during his childhood and she has been living in Mu-Deok’s body. He told Park Jin and Master Heo about it. Park Jin and Master Heo explained that Naksu’s might have grudge against them since they killed her father. Naksu’s father has become a soul shifter and he killed all his family members. Therefore, the four families of mages stepped in and killed him.

Jin Cho-Yeon proposed to marry Jang Uk in order avoid the competition. Jang Uk shocked when he heard the news from Master Lee Cheol. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok decided to back and clarified the matter. Mu-Deok went to Chwiseonru Courtesan House to meet her friend, Ju-Wol. Jin Cho-Yeon was there to ask Ju-Wol to make her the wedding ring with her yin yang jade. However, Jin Cho-Yeon accidentally broke it while she was on her way out. She wanted to put the blame on Mu-Deok. She purposely asked her to carry the jade for her. Mu-Deok knew that the jade inside the box was broken and Jin Cho-Yeon tried to blame her for it. When Mu-Deok tried to leave Chwiseonru Courtesan House, she saw Gil-Ju was waiting for her. She wanted to avoid Gil-Ju, so she decided to follow Jin Cho-Yeon to her house.

Mu-Deok tried to flee from Jin Cho-Yeon’s house after she was caught for breaking the jade. She unintentionally came to her secret room where her family stored those artifacts. Mu-Deok touched the mirror and trapped in there. Seo Yul and Crown Prince saw an illusion of Mu-Deok. They wondered what had happened to her. Jang Uk came to Jin Cho-Yeon’s house as they summoned him. He was surprised when he saw Seo Yul and Crown Prince were looking for his maid too. Jang Uk suggested to enter Jin Cho-Yeon’s secret room to look for Mu-Deok. When everyone was going to give up, Jang Uk insisted to find her no matter what. Finally, he discovered that she has been trapped in the mirror. He used a piece of cloth to cover the mirror and Mu-Deok used her power to escape from the mirror.

Gil-Ju discovered that Mu-Deok was Naksu. He told her that he did not tell Jin Mu about her alive. Jin Mu wanted him to find a body to perform soul shifter. He chose Jang Uk’s body. He made a deal with Naksu to spare her life if she brought Jang Uk for him. Naksu followed his instruction. When Jang Uk showed his care and affection to her, she made up her mind that she should not send him there. She told him the truth. Gil-Ju was waiting for Jang Uk at an empty house. He was being tricked by Jang Uk and Naksu. He used the soul ejector to perform the Alchemy of Souls with Jang Uk. Gil-Ju failed to switch body as Jin Bu-Yeon in Mu-Deok’s body prevented it. Gil-Ju was badly injured and slowly became petrified. He needs to consume soul in order to prevent him from going wild. He placed poison in Mu-Deok’s shoulder as well.  Gil-Ju quickly left and looked for innocent soul in the capital. Jang Uk followed him all the way to an inn. When Gil-Ju found a pray, Heo Yun-Ok, Jang Uk came and rescued her. He kept following Gil-Ju until he reached the palace. Jang Uk suspected that the ice stone was inside the palace. Gil-Ju was unable to enter the palace as the guards suspected him as a soul shifter. He has no other place to go. He roamed around the capital. The people noticed him and alerted everyone. Jang Uk killed Gil-Ju by using tansu. He covered his face with a blue scarf to prevent people from recognising him.

As Park Jin and Master Heo noticed that something happened when they looked at the sky. They sent Seo Yul and Park Dang-Gu to look into the matter as they believed that it was related to sorcery. Seo Yul brought along Gwigu (where Master Lee Cheol has transferred its soul into a dog’s body) to conduct the search. Gwigu sensed Mu-Deok was a soul shifter. Mu-Deok quickly escaped into the forest to prevent them from looking for her. Unfortunately, due to her wound, she was unable to go far. She has been attacked by Seo Yul. Seo Yul was surprised that it was her. He treated her poison with his power. Jang Uk came back and looked for Mu-Deok. They pretended nothing has happened to them that night.

In private, Jang Uk told Mu-Deok about what he discovered after following Gil-Ju. In the capital, everyone mentioned about seeing Naksu entered a man’s body to kill a soul shifter. The blue scarf has become a trend in the city. The Crown Prince met with Mu-Deok. He told her that he has no intention to fight with Jang Uk. He told her to relay his message to give up on competition. Jang Uk came to the competition. He defeated the Crown Prince with tansu. All the master was curious how did he master the skill that Naksu specialised in. When Jin Mu asked who taught him the spell, he insisted that he learnt by himself, but nobody trusted him. Master Lee Cheol stepped up and back up his statement that he witnessed Jang Uk trained by himself.

Due to his outstanding performance, Jang Uk has been invited to join Songrim. All other masters offered him to join their team. Jang Uk decided to follow his father’s foot step to join Jeongjingak. At night, all the mages held a party to welcome Jang Uk to join Songrim. The Crown Prince also came to congratulate him. Due to Mu-Deok, Crown Prince decided to let go of his grudge towards Jang Uk. Jang Uk was drunk and Heo Yun-Ok has been taken care of him for the whole night.

Mu-Deok was upset when Songrim disallowed her to enter. She looked for other ways to enter Songrim. Fortunately, Ju-Wol gave her a poster regarding the recruitment of servant for Songrim. Mu-Deok decided to give it a try. Jang Uk has been forbidden from leaving Songrim until he finished his basic training. Park Jin did not want him leave Songrim and cause troubles. He purposely gave him Master Seo-Gyeong's book, Words of the Heart. Jang Uk has no idea what is it about. He could not read the book without words. With the guidance of Master Lee Cheol, he finally found the answer. Jang Uk sneaked out of Songrim to look for Mu-Deok with the help of Heo Yun-Ok. Mu-Deok threw the poster to him and asked him to wait for her there. With the help of Crown Prince, Seo Yul and Park Dang-Gu, Mu-Deok passed all the challenges and successfully entered Songrim.

Mu-Deok was jealous when Maidservant Kim said that Jang Uk was attached to Heo Yun-Ok. When she saw Heo Yun-Ok at his room, she felt uneasy. Heo Yun-Ok has feeling for Jang Uk. However, Jang Uk has no interest in her. Jang Uk has been competing with 9 other mages. He lost all of them, but he reflected and learnt from his mistakes. Mu-Deok worried about his wound, Jang Uk made her felt at ease that he will be alright. Jang Uk also told her not to do a lot of work, and took plenty of rest. While Jang Uk was on his way to change his cloths, Mu-Deok stopped him. She did not want him to meet with Heo Yun-Ok. Jang Uk hugged her and assured that he will not abandon her no matter what.

Master Kang has shifted his soul into a younger body. Due to the case in soul shifter, Songrim get curious and suspicious about Master Kang’s dead. They secretly conducted the case. Seo Yul was asked to check Master Kang’s body whether his soul has been shifted. During the cremation, they managed to found out that Master Kang’s soul has been shifted to another person. Seo Yul tried to catch him and interrogated him. However, Jin Mu stepped in and wanted to kill Master Kang. Luckily, Master Kang was still breathing and Songrim decided to take him away for treatment. Seo Yul told Jang Uk that he has killed a soul shifter. He worried that Mu-Deok might go wild just like Master Kang did. He has no other choice but to kill all the soul shifter to avoid any further consequences. Jang Uk explained that he will keep them in check, as long as they did not run wild, it is fine to let them live.

Jin Mu and Park Jin has been urging with one another due to honey biscuit. Maidservant Kim felt bad about it. She asked Mu-Deok to send honey biscuit for Jin Mu. Jang Uk followed Mu-Deok to Cheonbugwan to deliver the food. They took the excuse to visit Cheonbugwan. Coincidently, they saw Eunuch Kim has run wild. Jin Mu took this opportunity to close the door of Cheonbugwan. He let Eunuch Kim to consume Mu-Deok’s soul and Jang Uk has been under spell in the circle. Jang Uk found his way to break the spell. He was surprised when he witnessed Mu-Deok was consuming Eunuch Kim’s energy. Mu-Deok afraid that she will eventually go wild just like Eunuch Kim. She prevented Jang Uk from getting closer to her. Jang Uk did not care, he just hugged her tightly. Jin Bu-Yeon’s inside Mu-Deok opened the gate of the sky and a lighting strikes the constellation pond.

Jang Uk and Mu-Deok tried to escape from Cheonbugwan, but they did not know the path. Jang Uk used yin yang egg to summon Crown Prince to come over. Jin Mu quickly came to Cheonbugwan when he heard the lighting strikes the constellation pond and saw the petrified Eunuch Kim. He searched Jang Uk and Mu-Deok everywhere in Cheonbugwan. Jang Uk tricked Jin Mu that he led the Crown Prince to find Eunuch Kim whereabout. Jin Mu quickly went to Cheonbugwan secret room to get rid of Eunuch Kim. He then realised that he has been tricked by Jang Uk. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok told the Crown Prince about soul shifter, Eunuch Kim.

Park Jin has been summoned to Cheonbugwan. When Park Jin and Crown Prince interrogated Jang Uk and Mu-Deok, the Queen stepped in. In order to prove that Eunuch Kim was not a soul shifter, the Queen used the ice stone to get Eunuch Kim back to life. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok were surprised when they see Eunuch Kim was back to life. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok apologised for their lied and ended the interrogation. Park Jin trusted what Jang Uk and Mu-Deok said. He also believed that someone in the palace has ice stone. Jang Uk wanted to get the ice stone in order to help Mu-Deok from not running wild.  Jang Uk overheard from the conversation between Master Lee Cheol and Park Jin regarding Naksu’s past. He was pity for her and wanted to protect her at all cost.

Master Lee Cheol looked into Mu-Deok. He believed that Mu-Deok was actually Naksu. She was Cho Chung’s daughter. He talked to Maidservant Kim about Cho Chung and how he went wild. Maidservant Kim explained that Cho Chung and Jang Gang was best friend. She felt pity for Cho Chung’s death and his daughter also went missing. She decided to hold a memorial service for them. Mu-Deok was asked to prepare the memorial service. She felt touched and cried when she prayed for her father. Seo Yul was looking for Mu-Deok and he felt sad for her lost.

Jang Uk has master Chisu from catching a golden fish. He learnt from Master Lee Cheol. He knew that Seo Yul has feeling for Naksu. During the final competition between the mages, Jang Uk was surprised that his opponent was Seo Yul. Eventually, Seo Yul defeated Jang Uk. However, everyone noticed that he has improved a lot from the past competition. Due to his lost, Mu-Deok has been awarded to Seo Yul. The Crown Prince made a deal with Mu-Deok before the competition started that she will be the reward rather than golds. Mu-Deok believed that Jang Uk was able to defeat other mages with his power. She never thought that the opponent has changed to Seo Yul.

Seo Yul wanted to bring Mu-Deok back to his Seoho Forest. He wanted to protect her before anyone notice about her true identity. He told his intention to Jang Uk. The Crown Prince was jealous when he could not get hold on Mu-Deok. He wanted her to serve him, but she refused to serve just anybody. Seo Yul allowed her to visit Jang Uk as she wished. Jang Uk was jealous when he saw her and Seo Yul together. He knew that Seo Yul knew about her true identity, he chose to hide it. Seo Yul liked her very much.

Mu-Deok looked for her yin yang egg which has been throw out by the Crown Prince in the pond. She found and got back her yin yang egg at night. The next day, when the Crown Prince tried to find the yin yang egg, Mu-Deok told him that she already found it. Other mages came by and teased Mu-Deok for being weak and chose a weak Mage like Jang Uk. The Crown Prince supported her and made their mouth shut.

So-I came to the capital to look for Mu-Deok. She was a swindler who pretended to be blind. She had Jin Bu -Yeon’s eyes cover as she stole from her. She stopped by Chwiseonru Courtesan House, and caused a fuss in front of Chwiseonru Courtesan House. She wondered how Mu-Deok no longer blind. Seo Yul helped So-I when the thugs was trying to hurt her. He gave her an expensive umbrella (Mu-Deok paid for the umbrella) since her cane has broken. Later, So-I has been kidnapped by Jin Mu.

Jin Mu made a deal with Jin Ho-Gyeong (his half-sister) that he will find her long lost daughter. In return, he wanted Jin Ho-Gyeong to go against Songrim. Park Jin has been arguing with Jin Ho-Gyeong on matters that related to Jin Mu. He suspected that Jin Mu has made a deal with her. With the help of Jin U-Tak (Jin Ho-Gyeong’s husband), he made all the marks that related to Jin Bu -Yeon on So-I. In order to hide So-I identity, Jin Mu ordered his men killed all the people that was related to her. So-I wondered Mu-Deok recognise her. She tested her in front of Jang’s house. Since Mu-Deok did not recognise her, she did not want her to be killed as well.

The King wasn’t feeling well. Heo Yun-Ok offered the King to invite Master Lee Cheol to the palace to treat his illness. Master Lee Cheol brought along his dog, Jang Uk, Seo Yul and Park Dang-Gu. Master Lee Cheol confessed that he was a soul shifter and he can detect who was the soul shifter in the palace. The Queen was nervous when Master Lee Cheol asked Jang Uk to bring his dog to the palace. The Queen ordered Jin Mu to stop Jang Uk from bringing in the dog. Master Lee Cheol also mentioned about the King’s star and he wanted the King to rest assured that those who born with King’s star will not threaten the King’s position. He will be like Master Seo-Gyeong who protect the world with his power. The Queen and Master Lee Cheol was arguing with one another and the King stepped in to stop the fight.

Park Jin was suspicious about Mu-Deok’s identity. He wondered why Jang Uk was drawn towards her. He found Broker Kim and asked him about her. Broker Kim has been bribed by Ju-Wol. Before that, Jang Uk gave her the money and told her that if anyone was looking for Mu-Deok’s past, gave them the money. Mu-Deok was relieved that Broker Kim did not say anything about her past. However, he warned her to stay away from So-I. Mu-Deok wondered who So-I was. She came to meet Broker Kim to ask him more about her. Coincidently, she met Jin Cho-Yeon there. She brought two tickets to watch performance. She was now in love with Park Dang-Gu. She asked her to keep the secret. Mu-Deok went to meet Broker Kim. She was surprised that he has been killed. Park Jin and his men suspected that Mu-Deok was the one who murdered them. Mu-Deok has no other choice but quickly left the place. She came to Jang Uk’s house and tell to Maidservant Kim the truth. She asked Maidservant Kim to go to Jinyowon with her, so that she can asked Jin Cho-Yeon to help her clear her name.

Jang Uk has been informed that his maid has cause trouble again. Park Jin locked him up in the secret room. Even though Jin Cho-Yeon explained everything, Park Jin did not release them at once. He asked both of them what was the secret that they have been hiding. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok said the same thing. Both of them were in love. They also showed him the yin yang egg. After being released, Jang Uk and Mu-Deok meet with one another. Jang Uk confessed his feeling again to Mu-Deok that he missed her. Although Mu-Deok has feeling for him, she hid it. She afraid that she was unable to cut tie with all of them once she regained her power.

Jin U-Tak took the blood worm in Jin Cho-Yeon and placed it in So-I.  Gwigu sensed sorcery in Jin Cho-Yeon. It attacked her but Jin Ho-Gyeong killed Gwigu. Jin Cho-Yeon admitted that she used sorcery to enhance her love. When Jin Ho-Gyeong tried to hit her daughter, Park Dang-Gu protected her. Park Dang-Gu and Jin Cho-Yeon has been caught for dating with one another. Park Jin and Jin Ho-Gyeong were totally against them. Park Dang-Gu and Jin Cho-Yeon wanted to stick with one another. They temporarily stayed at Jang Uk’s house.

Jang Uk recalled the conversation between Eunuch Kim and Jin Mu. Eunuch Kim mentioned about Shaman Choi. Jang Uk decided to investigate who Shaman Choi was. The Crown Prince also suspicious about the Eunuch Kim and the Queen. He did his investigation secretly. Both of the meet each other coincidently in Gaema Village. They were looking for Shaman Bong who lived the longest there. Shaman Bong told them about Shaman Choi who performed sorcery of alchemy of souls. Jang Gang was the one who burnt all the sorcery books of Shaman Choi. Shaman Choi was badly burnt while trying to protect her spell book. Shaman Bong also mentioned that she has a brother too. Jang Uk believed that Shaman Choi has shifted her soul into the Queen’s body. They wondered where was the real Queen. Seo Yul checked and confirmed that the Queen was still alive because each of his family members has their own Life of Lantern. Jang Uk discovered that someone has following his all the way to Gaema Village. He unsheathed his swords and pointed towards him. He was Jang Gang, his father. Jang Uk was unable to recognise his father since there is no portrait of him at his house. Jang Gang gave him a piece of advice that Jang Uk should stop looking for sorcery and get obsessives about it. He also offered him a drink and had a small talk before he left.

Master Lee Cheol returned Naksu’s sword to Jang Uk. He told him that he knew about Mu-Deok’s true identity. If Mu-Deok ever go wild, he will not keep her alive. He also mentioned the reason why Mu-Deok did not go wild was because he sensed a divine priestess of the owner body. Jang Uk gave the sword to Mu-Deok and wanted to make a promise with her. He told her that if she ever drew the sword, she should point at him first. He also mentioned he should die because he released an assassin. And if Mu-Deok put down her sword, he wanted her to grant him a wish. After hearing that, Mu-Deok did not plan to kill him or leave him after she regains her power.

Jin Mu sent So-I to Jinyowon. His plan was to let Shaman Choi to shift her soul into So-I’s body. At the same time, Jin Cho-Yeon came back to Jinyowon to pack her things with Mu-Deok. She met the real Jin Bu-Yeon and she warned her to be careful when she used her power. She also advised her not to use her power to avoid any unforeseen consequences happened. They later found out that the ice stone formed a barrier in Jeongjingak. Inside the barrier, all the mages were unable to use their spells as the ice stone will drain their power. Mu-Deok felt that she has regain her power, but she has no intention to kill them for her gain.

In return, she will bring more mages for him. So-I wanted to get rid of Mu-Deok. She purposely asked her to bring her a blanket. Seo Yul offered to help Mu-Deok to bring the blanket. Jang Uk realised that Mu-Deok has regain her power. He decided to lure Master Kang to the secret room. Mu-Deok afraid that Jang Uk might be killed by Master Kang. She took her sword with her. She thought Master Kang killed Jang Uk and she was determined to take revenge for him. However, she noticed that Jang Uk was still alive. Jang Uk asked her why did she stay quiet without telling him that she has gain her power. He asked her to make a choice. Mu-Deok put down her sword and decided to keep their promise. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok hugged each other. Jang Uk also told her that Seo Yul knew about her true identity and he hide it.

The Queen was in need of soul to prevent her from going wild. Jin Cho-Yeon and Park Dang-Gu went to Gaema Village. They were surprised to see Jin U-Tak there. They followed him and heard his conversation with the real queen. Jin U-Tak was guilty to face his daughter. Jin Cho-Yeon and Park Dang-Gu brought the real Queen and Jin U-Tak to Unanimous Assembly. They revealed the truth about the soul shifter between Shaman Choi and the Queen. As Shaman Choi was unable to hid her identity anymore, she tried to hurt the Queen’s body. Seo Yul also decided to go back to his Seoho Forest. Mu-Deok met him and told him to let go on Naksu. Jang Uk told the Maidservant Kim about his proposal to Mu-Deok. She was shocked.

Jang Uk told Park Jin that he was going to leave Songrim and capital. He might not be coming back anymore. Park Jin was nervous that he might not be able to see Maidservant Kim anymore. Park Jin gathered his courage and proposed to her. Maidservant Kim agreed to stay with him. Jang Uk and Mu-Deok chose their wedding ring. They planned to make one with yin yang jade.

Jin Mu let the Crown Prince to approach himself. He told the Crown Prince about the King’s star and he would like to help him to get rid of it. The Crown Prince asked him to turn himself in before he killed him. Jin Mu then manipulated Crown Prince about the power of ice stone. The Crown Prince has been shaken. While Park Jin was trying to pull his archery towards Mu-Deok, Jang Uk covered her. Jang Uk asked Mu-Deok what was going on and Mu-Deok mercilessly stabbed him. Jang Uk kept calling Mu-Deok and she slowly gained her conscious. She was shocked to see herself stabbed Jang Uk with her own hands. Jang Uk used his last breath to hold his hand with her. However, Jin Mu still controlled her and she escaped. Jang Uk was placed in the secret room as he was going to die. Since he was a sinner who hide an assassin, no one was allowed to mourn for him. Due to Jang Uk has an ice stone, he was able to reborn.

Jin Cho-Yeon told her mother about her father death. She wanted to kill her as well. Jin Ho-Gyeong told her daughter to catch her alive as she wanted to check as if the owner of the body belonged to Jin Bu-Yeon.

With the help of Kang Da-Bi, she managed to find the secret door in Kang Yoon-Kyum’s study room. Before she managed to steal the document, Kang Yoon-Kyum arrived home early. He was surprised to see Lee La-El in his study room. He was suspicious about her.

Although every time Kang Yoon-Kyum nearly get seduced by Lee La-El, he held himself back. He tried to find her motive for approaching him. Lee La-El was looking for a music instrument. Because Han So-Ra was involved in hit-and-run accident, the policeman was looking for her everywhere. Han So-Ra and her man, Moon Do-Wan were actually chasing a car belonged by Kang Yoon-Kyum’s company. Lee La-El told her that Kang Yoon-Kyum used this car to give the woman a drive. As the news became viral in the social media, Han Pan-Ro knew about it and he was pretty furious towards his daughter. Kang Yoon-Kyum also tried to look for his wife as he did not want the case the affect his company.

Kang Yoon-Kyum and Han So-Ra had a deep talk. Han So-Ra discovered that his husband actually having an affair with another woman. She tried to find out who was it. She agreed to go to the police station but she made a report there. She asked the police to find the car for her. She also found the driver as well. She tortured the driver so that she can tell her who the woman was. Han So-Ra used the driver’s handphone to contact Lee La-El. Lee La-El agreed to meet up with her at noon tomorrow with condition that she has to release the driver. Since Lee La-El put a tracker on the driver’s handphone, she asked Seo Eun-Pyeong for help. Seo Eun-Pyeong used his connection to find the driver and sent her to the hospital for treatment.

After Lee La-El revealed to Han So-Ra, Han So-Ra felt being betrayed by her good friends. She cut all the ties with her and also disallowed her to involve in any activities in kindergarten. She also forced her and her daughter to leave as well. Lee La-El did not bother about her and continued with her plan.

Kang Yoon-Kyum speed up to launch his new technology in the market. His father and father-in-law were furious and looked for him. They came to the office to see him but his guards have been stopping them from entering. Both his father and father-in-law fought with one another in the office because they assumed Kang Yoon-Kyum has been influenced by one of them.

Han So-Ra tried to get back to her husband, however, he did not listen to her. He insisted to divorce her. Han So-Ra did not want to divorce, but her father underwent divorce lawsuit and demanded 10 billion won compensation. Kang Yoon-Kyum’s father was angry after seeing the news about their divorce case.

One day, Seo Eun-Pyeong approached to Lee La-El. He confessed his feeling for her. He promised that his will do anything for her. in return, he hoped that she did not fall in love with Kang Yoon-Kyum since he was the enemy of her family. Lee La-El was hesitated and desperate. She finally found someone who understood her but in fact he was her enemy. She hurt herself so that it can remind her that she shouldn’t fall for him.

Kang Yoon-Kyum prepared the wedding rings and proposed to her in the church. Soon after she said yes, she fainted. He quickly called Ms Jang over. Ms Jang realized that Lee La-El was in trouble. She hoped that she can overcome her feeling. Han So-Ra sent her bodyguards to kill Lee La-El. Unfortunately, they accidentally stabbed Seo Eun-Pyeong. Han So-Ra was in trouble and she wished he can recovery soon.

Lee La-El felt guilty towards Kang Yoon-Kyum after she stole the contract from his vault. She decided to tell him in person. She invited him to a bar. Kang Yoon-Kyum tried to look for Lee La-El. He asked his men to follow Ms Jang and Seo Eun-Pyeong. Suddenly, he received a news about the death of Ms Jang. Lee La-El was really upset when she claimed her body. She found an emergency recorder in her jacket. She was shocked when she found out that her mother was also being murdered the same way Ms Jang. She made up her mind and decided to continue the lawsuit. She used her real name to attend the trial. Kim Jung-Chul was shocked when he saw her face in front of the court.

She did all the dirty work because Kang Yoon-Kyum wanted to take over that company badly. Kang Yoon-Kyum came to see Lee La-El. He begged for forgiveness, but Lee La-El refused to accept it. She wanted all of them died in order to end everything. Kang Yoon-Kyum was surprised to hear that.

Lee La-El did not feel good when she cursed Kang Yoon-Kyum to die. Her feeling for him was real and she has been struggling in between love and enemy. Kang Yoon-Kyum attended the trial and he wanted to make a settlement with her. She agreed with it. When Lee La-El and Kang Yoon-Kyum took her mother’s belongings, they watched the last CCTV video of her mother. Kang Yoon-Kyum was surprised that he was the cause that led to her life difficulty. The next day, Kang Yoon-Kyum hold a press conference and revealed the illegal takeover of Lee La-El’s father’s company. He then disappeared after the end of the conference. Han So-Ra, Han Pan-Ro ad Kim Jung-Chul were nervous and tried to look for ways to get rid of Lee La-El.

Lee La-El found Han So-Ra’s lover. She made a deal with him. She made a spark between Han So-Ra and Han Pan-Ro. She told her that her father was going to abandon her and let her took the fall alone. On the other hand, she asked Han So-Ra’s lover to tell Han Pan-Ro that Han So-Ra revealed the photo of the underground cell to the police. Han Pan-Ro was extremely angry towards Han So-Ra and tried to beat her. Han So-Ra’s lover hit on his head and he fainted. Han So-Ra put him inside the cell and locked him up. She asked all her men to leave the country.

Kang Yoon-Kyum’s secretary was looking for him everywhere. He found his suicide note on his laptop. He approached to Lee La-El and Seo Eun-Pyeong for help. Lee La-El worried that he might really commit suicide. She went to the church to look for him. Kang Yoon-Kyum was surprised to see her there. Lee La-El hugged him and told him that she did not mean what she said. Both of them get back together and spent a night at the villa.

Han So-Ra received a tip from her secretary that Lee La-El and Kang Yoon-Kyum were at the villa. She joined hand with Kim Jung-Chul to kill Lee La-El.
